Retaining Collar Sleeve & Mandrel Stabilizer
The Retaining Collar Sleeve & Mandrel Stabilizer is engineered for versatility and efficiency in the field. This sleeve-type stabilizer features a replaceable, sacrificial bladed sleeve attached to the main body, allowing for easy replacement and minimal field space usage. The sleeve is secured to the mandrel using a torquing ring that wraps around the blades, facilitating smooth connections. The design includes a GU thread on the mandrel body and a collar locking mechanism, providing an additional barrier to prevent blade dislodgement. The blades are interchangeable, enabling adjustments for different spiral configurations and hardfacing options to optimise flow and adapt to various drilling conditions.
