Clint is a qualified Petroleum Engineering Technologist and Business Manager with extensive experience in operations and project leadership. He oversees Redback’s business across Canada, the Americas, Australia, and Papua New Guinea, supporting clients and leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver operational excellence.

With more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry, Gavin has spent over two decades contributing to Redback’s growth and success. Based in Alberdeen, he leads our operations across Europe and, since 2015, the Americas.

With over 14 years of experience across the energy, defence, and manufacturing sectors, Matt specialises in driving growth and developing innovative solutions tailored to client needs, helping them achieve maximum value and operational success.

With over 35 years’ experience in drilling, energy, and business development, Jay specialises in delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. He focuses on building strong partnerships and driving growth, ensuring long-term value across the resources sector.

Tamer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering and brings 30 years of experience in the energy industry. He has worked onshore and offshore and has extensive expertise in drilling tools, supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics. Tamer focuses on delivering practical, results-driven solutions that meet client needs and drive operational excellence globally.

Based in Houston, Texas, Edgar brings extensive experience across field operations, strategy, sales, and business development. He focuses on delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs while driving growth and operational success across the Americas.
